MyNinjaSite.com, part of the NinjaSite.ai platform ("MyNinjaSite," "we," "us," or "our"), operates our websites and the websites we build and host for businesses (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information you give us. When you submit a form, activate a site, contact us, or purchase a service, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, account password (stored only as a secure hash), and the content you add to your website. Payments are handled by a third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use our sites we collect data such as IP address and general location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, using cookies and similar technologies.
Information from public sources. To create the free preview website we offer a business, we use information that is already publicly available, such as the business name, address, phone number, hours, photos, ratings and reviews, and service descriptions published online.
We build free preview websites for local businesses using publicly available information, so an owner can see a finished site before deciding whether to claim it. A preview site does not imply the business requested or is affiliated with us. If you want your preview site or your information removed, email support@myninjasite.com and we will take it down promptly.
We treat the information we collect as a business asset. We may use, share, disclose, transfer, and sell it to and with third parties, including our affiliates, business partners, advertisers, and other companies, for our and their business, marketing, and commercial purposes. We also share information with providers who help us operate the Services and when required by law or to protect our rights, and it may transfer as part of a business sale or reorganization.
You control how you hear from us. You can opt out of marketing at any time: reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us to be removed from calls or mail. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to limit the sharing or sale of it, by emailing support@myninjasite.com, and we will honor applicable requests. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about an active account.
